If it were Celery, carrots and onions (referred to by the Madchef as The Holy Trinity of Cooking) then it would have the fancy, yet similar name of Mirepoix. (I think that is right). Anyway, Madchef referred to it as the Trinity, so I say God Bless you and your Hebrew Meatballs.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1867929173709149812.post-62816398987460699142008-08-25T13:25:00.000-05:002008-08-25T13:25:00.000-05:00Hmmm, your recipe layout looks familar..looks like...Hmmm, your recipe layout looks familar..looks like something out to PW!

CheetoAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1867929173709149812.post-2147652298874216372008-08-25T11:47:00.000-05:002008-08-25T11:47:00.000-05:00Wow - thanks for sharing the recipe - I'll definit...Wow - thanks for sharing the recipe - I'll definitely be trying this!
